Take the risk out of your online shopping with our 365 DAY RETURNS POLICY. This is valid from the date of purchase.

Please note: We are unable to offer a refund on briefs, boxers and other underwear bottoms which are returned to us for hygiene reasons. Please check the size-chart carefully before ordering underwear.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item please follow these 2 easy steps:

  1. Email customer support and list the item(s) you wish to return, and the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange.
  2. Make sure the items are in the original condition and include their original packaging. Simply pack up the items and send them back to us at the address below.
  3. You can print off and fill in our returns form, and include this in your return parcel, which will speed up your return and get your exchange to you faster.
All outwards exchanges will be shipped on a standard shipping service. Please note: Any items returned with damaged or missing packaging, will be subject to a NZD $10 handling charge.

Returns for refund

If you wish to return an item please follow these 4 easy steps:
  1. Please email customer support and list the item(s) you wish to return *.
  2. Make sure the items are in the original condition and include their original packaging. All items returned in damaged or incorrect packaging will be subject to a NZD $10 handling charge.
  3. You can print off and fill in our returns form, and include this in your return parcel, which will speed up your return and get your exchange to you faster.
  4. Return the item using any shipping provider of your choice.

We recommend asking for proof of postage for either method.

The refund will be processed within 5 working days of the item(s) being received in our warehouse. We will email you once the refund has been issued.

Faulty Returns

Should your goods be in any way defective we will offer a full refund or replacement, and of course we will waiver any fees incurred in returning the goods. If you have any faulty items please follow these 2 easy steps:

1. Email customer support and state the fault with the item. 2. Post the item back to us at the above address.

We will then inspect the item, and get back to you within 5 working days of the item coming back to the warehouse.

Please note: if the item is not deemed faulty by our suppliers then the item will be returned to you at your expense. If you are unsure, it may be advisable to email a photo to customer support before returning the item to us for inspection.

* Please be advised the right to cancel your order needs to be exercised in writing or by email. This is the only way to actually exercise the right to cancel. The beginning of the cooling off period (the 365 days after purchase during which you have the right to return goods for a refund) starts on the day on which the goods were purchased.
